The Board of Directors of the Virginia Educational Facility Planners (VEFP) hereby calls for entries for its 2010 Architectural Exhibit.  Projects will be judged by a group of independent jurors, and exemplary projects will be recognized at the Awards Luncheon at the conclusion of the VEFP annual conference in Roanoke in February.  Any project may be exhibited, but to be eligible for consideration by the jury it must be a K-12 educational project completed in the Commonwealth of Virginia within the last three years (opened after January 1, 2007).  Those wishing to exhibit should complete the form below (one for each project being submitted) prior to Friday, February 12th.  The entry fee of $125 and digital submission materials are due to Vijay Ramnarain by Friday, February 12th.

In order simplify the process, the VEFP has aligned itself with other organizations hosting similar exhibits to create a submission and collection standard.  Instructions for completing the remainder of the submission process, which includes both digital and print materials, will be provide upon completion and submission of this form.  Digital materials, which consist of a 10-slide presentation, must be transmitted to Vijay Ramnarain no later than Friday, February 12, 2010.  Print materials, which consist of two mounted display boards, shall be erected in the exhibit area of the conference starting on Monday, February 22, 2010.  Digital information will be provided to jurors prior to the conference.  Both digital and print materials will be utilized by the jury to inform their deliberations.

An exhibit fee of $125.00 is required for each architectural exhibit.  Fees will be used to support the conference.  A representative will follow up to collect your fee.
