     It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2012 CEFPI-VA Chapter Conference. We are delighted to welcome our keynote speaker, Jamie Vollmer, author of the highly acclaimed book, Schools Cannot Do It Alone. Today's educators and their partners need all the support they can get as they strive to increase student success. Building on the themes presented in his book, Jamie acknowledges the threats arising from shifting demographics, media hype, and a changing economy, but makes the case that this is public education's most hopeful time.
